OEM International has acquired Svenska Helag AB. Svenska Helag in Borås produces and market connection technology components. The acquisition means a possibility to strengthen the product range within connection technology and creates potential for future growth in this market segment.

Svenska Helag is a well-managed company with products complementing our present product range in OEM Electronics. We will gradually increase the cooperation between Svenska Helag and OEM Electronics to use the synergies and develop our offer, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.
